Stafford Corporate Consulting's principals are the merchant bankers Roger Looker
and Tim Seymour who have many years City experience. Through Stafford, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority, they provide discreet professional advice to growing companies and ambitious entrepreneurs. Assignments include strategic and financial advice on mergers, acquisitions, fundraising,
and related corporate and shareholder issues.

In addition, Roger and Tim have long experience and a successful record undertaking the Expert Witness role in complex financial services litigation.

Stafford’s business is located in the mid-town area of London. The Company’s office is in Wine Office Court, off Fleet Street, adjacent to a large number of the major investment banks, lawyers, accountants and barristers.

Roger and Tim are backed by a team of non-executive Directors, including the Chairman of Stafford, Edwin Glasgow CBE QC, a senior barrister, Bencher of Gray’s Inn and former Chairman of the Financial Reporting Review Panel, and William Goff, a former senior partner in the Corporate Department of Eversheds.
